Participate in the Classroom Examples project

Facing the Future is beginning work on a project to feature “classroom examples” on our website. Since teachers are always asking for examples of what other teachers are doing, the idea is to create a database where someone can search by grade, subject, and specific classroom situation to find examples of how other teachers have used Facing the Future materials to meet similar goals.

If you teach global issues and sustainability in your classroom using Facing the Future's curriculum and would like to share your experiences with other educators, then you could become a featured teacher in our Classroom Examples project.

If you answer “yes” to the following 5 questions, we may feature you on our website:
  • I have used Facing the Future's lessons or textbooks with my students
  • I have adapted Facing the Future's curriculum to meet my class' needs
  • I want to help other educators teach about global issues and sustainability
  • I am willing to complete an 45-minute interview
  • I am willing to be featured on Facing the Future's website

If you meet the preceding requirements and want to help other educators gain insight into teaching global issues and sustainability, please fill out the form below and a Facing the Future staff member will contact you shortly.

If you are interested in this opportunity, but have questions about the process or outcome, please email Alicia.
